Strength Classes

  • ELITE STRENGTH | full body

    This full body workout uses heavier weights to gain strength, mobility, and confidence. You will be hitting every muscle group while feeling ELITE.
  • TONE | full body

    Tone your body with more reps and light weights. This workout will target your entire body and give you compound movements that will tighten and tone from head to toe.
  • FOUNDATIONS | full body

    Strengthen your body while using your own body weight. This class will help build the support of your body's base!
  • UPPER PUMP | upper pump

    It's all about your arms, back and chest. This workout will have your upper body pumped and ready to carry your groceries in one trip!
  • LOWER POWER | lower body

    LEG DAY! This workout targets and strengthens your lower body as you take part in exercises that will give you the power your desire.
  • GLUTE BURN | glutes

    Our glute focus class will tone and strengthen your glutes. Elevate your lower body workout with these targeting exercises. Your glutes will be on FIRE by the time you walk out of this class.

    This 45 min high-intensity interval training (HIIT), ENERGIA Sweat will have you combining movements with longer periods of exercise and rest.
  • ENERGIA EXPRESS | full body

    Using the Tabata training method, this class will have you combining movements with short periods of exercise and rest.
  • BARRE FLOW | full body

    A dance inspired class that will increase your flexibility while improving your overall strength. This class will isolate smaller body parts using small, repetitive movements and pulses.
  • STEP UP | full body

    Step routines that will have you sweating and feeling like you are in the club on a Saturday night! This class targets cardiovascular fitness and lower body strength.
  • DANCE FUSION | full body

    Feel energized while you move and dance to the rhythm of the beat. Dance fusion incorporates many forms of dance while improving your cardio and aerobic levels.
  • FINAL ROUND | full body
